S & P was established in 1986 and has been heavily involved in the North Devon fishing industry ever since.

We are well known locally for providing customers with the freshest sustainable fish and shellfish caught from our own vessels, keeping food miles from sea to plate to a minimum, even despite the trials we face in the industry with regards to quotas and banned species.

Our boats land freshly caught seasonal fish and shellfish straight to our shop frequently, so from fresh locally caught Lemon Sole and Gurnard to locally caught Crab and Lobster we offer seafood to suit a variety of tastes.

We also host a harbour front licensed café (well behaved child & dog friendly). Serving fresh seafood platters and salads looking over the famous harbour so why not try a Lobster sandwich with a cold glass of Pinot Grigio ?
